The Thornbury Tennis Club Juniors were hard at work this week competing at the Avon County Closed Championships.
Well done to Brooke & Fenn Daunton, Leo Lazarides, Hamish Colquhoun and Luke (Scooby) Johnson.
Brooke came 2nd in the 12&U Consolation final. Fenn played up an age group and came 6th in the 10&U main draw. Leo won the 10&U Consolation final. Hamish and Scooby also played up an age group. Hamish won the 18&U Consolation final with Scooby finishing 4th in the 14&U main draw.
There were around 200 entrants and the team spirit and support from Taylor Tennis Coaching for the Thornbury Tennis all week was great.
