Your ClubSpark Profile does not contain much info about you.  It holds name, address, email, date of birth, gender and emergency contact details.  Some of this info gets collected when you set up your ClubSpark account – which you need to do before you can use the website to pay for membership or book courts.

But – not much of that info is actually mandatory, so please take a minute or two to check what your profile says about you.  In particular, please make sure that the emergency contact details are populated.

There are several ways to do this, but here are six screenshots to help:

If you are already logged in to your ClubSpark account, then choosing the Edit Profile option from the Membership menu will take you straight to the relevant page (which is screenshot 5 below).  If not already logged in, then you will need to log in …

Now you are logged in to your ClubSpark account, but ClubSpark unhelpfully forgets that you were aiming for the Edit Profile page, and just takes you to the Thornbury Tennis Club home page.  So you should see your name somewhere near the top right of the screen.  Clicking on the down arrow to the right of your name should get you a menu with your name on it (and possibly also the names of your children).  Select the name for the profile you wish to edit.
