2025 Renewals

This year (2025) the club is moving away from the traditional Fixed Date membership packages associated with the membership year of April 1st to the following March 31st.  In future, membership packages will last for one calendar year, regardless of when they are purchased.  Such packages are known within ClubSpark as Date Of Purchase (DOP) packages.

This move makes it problematic to invite renewals in the same way that we have done for the last few years.  Instead, members are asked to go to the club website’s Membership page, and join the club by purchasing the appropriate new membership package.

In subsequent years, ClubSpark will send reminders near the end of your membership term, prompting you to renew.  This year there will be no automatic individual reminders, just one email sent to all members.  Well, ok, it might well turn out to be more than one email!

It is expected that Membership Fees will continue to be reviewed annually, with any increases being applied just prior to April 1st.

To take out your new Date Of Purchase membership, go to the Membership page on the club website, and click on the Join or Renew Membership button …

If not already logged into ClubSpark, then you will be prompted to do so.

If you have trouble, see the Signing Up To ClubSpark article under the Help menu.

You should then get to the page where you choose your membership package …

Identify the package you require, choose whether to pay in one lump sum or 3 installments (which may possibly cost you slightly more, as the monthly payments are rounded up) and click on Join Now.

From here, it is just a case of filling in the required info.

The journey takes you through:

  • Purchaser details (who may or may not be the same as the member)
  • Member details.  Note that parents doing this for their children might well find that ClubSpark already knows about the relationship.  If not, it is easy to add new dependents.
  • Add-Ons will offer the chance to buy a Key Fob if required.
  • Payment offers several payment options.  These are covered in another Help article – Paying Your Subs.

Finally, if all has gone well, you will get a confirmation page.
