And the winner was … the weather.
Tennis was played between the showers, but not of the deadly serious competition variety. After a couple of sets the heavens opened – at one point courts 1-4 looked to be totally underwater.
Still, every cloud and all that. The silver lining was provided by Linda’s excellent chicken korma and chilli con carne.
